Unfortunately, one of our users violated the rules by uploading files that were illegal. We couldn't prevent this because, technically, even if we monitored the uploads, we wouldn't have known what they contained due to encryption. As a result, someone began distributing illegal content through our site, and a complaint was filed with the authorities. Although we complied with the removal request within minutes of receiving the notification, the hosting provider still shut down our server without verifying our compliance.
This incident has taken away my desire to continue maintaining this site, as I don't want to be involved in such activities.
